Primero Systems, founded in 1994, is more like a family than a company. We enjoy virtually no employee turnover which we feel speaks volumes for the ethics and core values of fair treatment, honesty and openess enjoyed by our employees and customers alike. Our roots are in complex, custom software solutions for customers ranging from the U.S. Government to Fortune 100 firms.
We try to be the kind of people we like to work with--sincere, approachable, practical, helpful to a fault and always willing to pick up the phone and chat with you.

Gary Saner
Webtreepro Cofounder and CEO
Gary is the root of webtreepro (although it's been said he might be the 'nut' from which the webtreepro grew)! Before taking the leap into his own enterprise, he headed the R&D and product development department at Litton Software Systems. Having founded Primero Systems, Gary has been leading "from scratch" software development since 1982. He has presented at numerous business conferences addressing software development, project management and business issues, along with being a featured speaker at various conventions and forums, including Litton's Corporate Software Management Technology Conference. Gary is a member of the Software Industry Council in San Diego and is also on the Board of Directors of Newsforce, Inc and the Science of Laws Institute.
Steve Press
Webtreepro Cofounder and CTO
Under Steve's guidance, Primero Systems solutions are designed to work well while working hard. He has been the chief architect of numerous systems in a wide variety of industries, and knows that building a solid data foundation is what enables an application to function efficiently especially as user and data quantity increases.
"It's important that all of the gains we make in automation aren't lost by a user interface that slows down the people that use it," says Press. "Having served both industrial and retail sectors for nearly 10 years, our systems have to be user-friendly and move at the pace of today's business environment." Steve has built a solid reputation for deploying successful system implementations as team leader and database administrator. He is also a member of the San Diego Software Internet & Industry Council, the Greater San Diego Chamber of Commerce and the Microsoft Developer Network.
German Porta
Webtreepro Cofounder and Technology Team Leader
German Porta runs Primero's development which is based in Rosario, Argentina. German (pronounced herr-MON) leads a powerhouse technical resource for Primero Systems, directing a team of 20 engineers. He is also a leading SQL and Oracle database designer and systems engineer. If Gary represents the roots and Steve the trunk, then German and his team are the intricate and elegant branches and leaves of webtreepro--they turn the vision into reality!
With 10 years of software development experience at Primero Systems in San Diego, he has combined our proprietary development methodology with an off-shore cost basis. The result is that Primero delivers first-tier products and services with unparalleled financial efficiency for our customers.
Kevin Weisner
Webtreepro Cofounder and VP Marketing
Kevin Weisner is the "Johnny Appleseed" for webtreepro and is responsible for product design, customer implementation and general business management of the webtreepro division. Included in his 20 year of marketing and management experience are stints as Senior Director, Vice President and General Manager for several franchise brands of the Carlson Companies.
With many years as a business educator, Kevin has a solid understanding of user communities, barriers to adoption of new solutions and other challenges that can accompany change--for some reason, he seems to like it! Having designed several user interfaces for the retail travel industry, Kevin also understands that good design has a positive impact on adoption and initiation costs.
