WEBTREEPRO PROTECTS YOUR FRANCHISE
Whether you have a handful of websites with multiple content contributors, or an entire network of sites, you face the important challenge of protecting your brand standards and corporate content. Webtreepro has you covered.
Brand Protection Across Your Network
Webtreepro was designed to ensure that any number of sites could be deployed and localized while maintaining precise brand standards. We incorporate your template into our platform so that every time you add a new child site, it inherits your design and standards. You can have thousands of child sites that all share the same look and feel. Using the Webtreepro publishing options, franchises have control to lock down any page or piece of content, and ensure that no changes are made to branded or corporate content at the child sites.

Our unique "parent-with-children" architecture lets you achieve brand and content consistency while enabling local contribution of content. It's a web publishing system unlike any other because it makes sure no matter where content originates, it is presented in your desired fashion.

Beyond preserving consistent look and feel across all your sites, Webtreepro also is your portal to instantly push global content to all your sites. This extends your messaging and content reach, whether it be company information, national promotions, or other brand messaging.

Webtreepro also allows your field personnel or franchisees to localize their sites without compromising brand standard and messaging, and without requiring headquarters' permission. This puts the power of localized publishing in the hands of your authorized users without sacrificing branding control.

With the Webtreepro Approval Center, you can add another level of control before content or pages go live on the Internet. This process allows you to set up a workflow approval process, to review, approve, or reject submissions. |
Brand Protection With Multiple Contributors
Websites may have several contributors or editors of content, possibly from marketing, sales, advertising, or administrative departments. Using Webtreepro's robust Roles and Permissions, your organization can have content contributed, updated, and reviewed by the right people at the right time. You define the necessary levels of access and control to succeed. You define what content can or can't be edited by contributors.
For example, franchisee roles can be created with functions such as content editing, sales promotions, administration, business management, or administrative reporting. When you create a role, you also assign a set of privileges or permissions to it; this determines what actions any user within that role can perform.
Permissions can be set site-wide, or by using Advanced Permissions, you can define users that are responsible for a page or a section of your site without opening up access to the entire site.
